Pentecost

Pentecost

Furnace stoked and ready, the Dragon roused from rest,
Chains at last unleashing, onto earth, its fiery breath.
Flames find all repenting, now slain, the sting of death,
The love for man renewing, drawn once more, His breast.
~ D.F.
